BlountCARE is an all-volunteer organization and we need YOU! We rescue animals from desperate and/or abusive situations and we take in strays. We give them love and protection and nurse them back to physical and emotional health. We foster these animals in our homes until a permanent home is found. We need more foster homes so that we can save more animals. If you love animals, this is your opportunity to put that love to work.

To be a BlountCARE foster, you need to be able to care for foster animals in your home until they are adopted, take them to your vet when needed (BlountCARE pays for spay/neuter, vaccinations, etc.), and take them to adoption events (When necessary, another volunteer can transport your animal to and from an adoption event).
